Remy Ma has been featured as one of Billboard’s “31 Female Rappers Who Changed Hip Hop.” The BX rapper told Billboard that she will be released from prison in July, she has reconciled with Fat Joe, and she’s ready to take her place in hip hop. According to Rem, the first thing she’s going to do post-prison is getting her nails and her done, but after that it’s down to business. Being in prison has given her time to do a lot of writing so much that she says she has “at least 20 books or so of songs.” After being out of the game for six years, she’s ready to blossom and would like to work with MMG, French Montana, Nicki Minaj, and YG.
